Tinned peas

Peas tinned — the green peas kept by means of a way of preservation.

Preservation of peas is an optimum way of preparation, for long storage, at preservation, the majority of vitamins and nutrients remains. Tinned green peas are developed from young grains of special grades in a dairy maturity when they are especially gentle and richest with sugar and vitamins. If in a mature look peas are considered culture leguminous, then green peas — vegetable and considerably differ from "elder brother" in flavoring and dietary qualities. In each can of these has to be canned food of 65-70% of grains and 30-35% of filling.
