Description
JSC INTROSCOP is a developer and the producer of system acoustics - issue control of AEC - USB (with number of channels from 1 to 32).
The system is intended for reception on channels of signals of the acoustic issue (AI) and their processing, ensuring registration of informative parameters, and also determination of coordinates of sources of AE in linear objects or on the planes on the measured values of the difference of times of arrival (DTA) of signals to the converters of acoustic issue (CAI). Structure of system:
- the block electronic with the necessary number of channels;
- a cable of connection of the block electronic to the personal computer;
- preamplifiers;
- converters of acoustic issue;
- cables are high - frequency;
- The personal computer with the software.
Channels of system are connected to the computer via the USB 2.0 high speed interface.
Each channel executed in the form of a separate payment provides:
- reception of signals of AE, their digitization, digital processing (a filtration, obtaining parameters of signals of AE) with information transfer, including about a form of a high - frequency signal, in the computer for a possibility of further processing, display and post - processing;
- reception, digitization and transfer to the computer of a low - frequency parametrical signal;
- generation of signals for the converter of acoustic issue (CAI) in the radiation mode for control of operability of a complex, i. e. PAE can work both as the receiver and as a radiator.
The software allows to set necessary basic data for monitoring procedure, to operate system, to carry out its calibration, to process the obtained information from channels and to display a complex of the AE parameters of tests in real time, and also provides a possibility of the subsequent information processing (including the spectral analysis) in the post - analysis mode.
Structurally channels are built in one or several electronic blocks depending on number of channels.
The option of execution of system with installation of channel payments in the system unit of the industrial IPC - 610 computer is possible that it allows to create system of the protected execution for work in shop conditions. Food of systems of akustiko - issue control of AEC - USB is carried out from an external source of a direct current of 12 ± 0,6 V.
Time of establishment of the worker - no more than 1 min from the moment of inclusion.
The system ensures continuous functioning during not less than 8 h
with the subsequent switching off on 1 h.
The mass of one PU - no more than 0,25 kg.
The mass of one PAE - no more than 0,15 kg.
Overall dimensions of PU - no more than 120x40х35 mm.
