DESCRIPTION

The additive possesses a complex of properties:

• The main properties – plasticization -
• Additional properties - curing acceleration, increase of frost resistance and water tightness of concrete.

DOSAGE AND INTRODUCTION OF THE ADDITIVE

From 0,6 - to 0,9 - % to the mass of cement on additive solid. Extreme concentration of an additive in liquid solution – 10%. A mass fraction of the insoluble rest in water – no more than 3%.

10% water solution does not freeze to – 3 °C. After freezing and thawing at a positive temperature – does not change the properties.

It is entered into concrete mix only together with zatvoreniye water. Hashing of solution is made in any way accepted at the enterprise.

At temperatures of air below +7 °C, it is necessary to watch closely extent of dissolution of an additive, for the purpose of an exception of "clogging" of devices of giving and dispensing. Dissolution water temperature increase to +40 - 60 °C leads to the stable, accelerated dissolution of an additive.
