In Moldova contact correction of sight is carried out since 1970. On the basis of RKB it was open only in the Laborayatoriya of Contact Correction of Sight (LCCS) republic. Now the Laboratory (LKKZ) carries out the activity in Clinic of Aesthetic Medicine of "SANCOS".
In (LKKZ) consultations, selection and production of individual soft and rigid gas - permeable contact lenses with optical power from + 12 to — 25, and also selection of standard contact lenses is made.
All patients korregirovanny contact lenses are on dispensary supervision in (LKKZ).
Sight correction by contact lenses is the most effective, and sometimes and the only means of rehabilitation at the following types of pathology of sight:
