Description of a product
The steel water waste LIDER system is applied to a roof, made of different materials, (metal, soft, ceramic, etc.). The water waste system is intended for water drainage from a roof surface. At an organized drainage system flowing down from a roof on trenches it is dewatered to external drainpipes and protects a facade, a socle and the base of the house from destruction. The system is durable and does not demand a permanent care.
Production
Profiling of steel water waste system is carried out on the new Italian equipment STAM. Production is certified according to the quality system ISO 9001:2008.
Raw materials
All elements are made of galvanized steel (275 g/m of quarter) of voestalpine concern (Linz, Austria) 0,65 mm thick and is covered with a resistant polymeric covering - polyurethane polyamide (50 microns) from 2 parties. Sizes of system
The trench - mm Ø125 (L=3,0 m and L=4,0 m) and mm Ø150 (L=4,0 m);
pipe - Ø 87 mm (L=1,0 m and L=3,0 m) and Ø 100 mm (L=3,0 m), respectively.
Advantages of steel water waste system:
- it is steady against mechanical influences, is not subject to change of the geometrical sizes,
- tsvetoustoychiva;
- steel hooks reliably fix a trench even at small errors of installation and allow to carry out its replacement easily;
- corners of a trench are executed without welded seams;
- the wide connector of a trench is equipped with a rubber sealant which compensates temperature expansion of metal and keeps tightness of system;
- smooth a knee of pipes do not allow to accumulate to garbage;
- all elements are made precisely by the sizes, are easily mounted and hermetically connect among themselves.
