Zipper from secondary polyair of Opti S EcoVerde

Zippers of Opti S EcoVerde from secondary polyair are made with use of unique "S" - technologies of plates of the processed bottle plastic (PET) which are also used in production of the clothes made of secondary polyester material.

The used bottles gather from consumers, are washed out, sorted and crushed in plates. Then plates depolimerizovyvatsya back in initial components (EG and PTA) and are transformed to new polyester raw materials. It can be used for replacement of a traditional polyester crumb which is received from oil. Then the received salvage is pressed, extended and textured for receiving complex fiber of which polyester lightnings of EcoVerde are made.
