Polymeric membrane of ECOPLAST

Description of material:
Three-layer waterproofing membrane on the basis of the high-quality plasticized polyvinylchloride (PVC). It is stabilized against UF-radiation with use of the TRI-P® system. Appearance: a surface — imprinted; the top layer — light gray (approximately RAL 7035); the lower layer — dark gray.
ECOPLAST V-RP — PVC membrane, reinforced by a poliesterovy grid. It is applied to a waterproofing of open flat roofs in systems with mechanical fastening to the basis.
ECOPLAST V-SR — not reinforced by PVC membrane. It is applied to production of elements of strengthening and interface to various roofing designs, such as pipes, funnels, masts.
ECOPLAST V-GR — PVC membrane, reinforced by fiber glass. It is applied to a waterproofing in ballast and inversion roofing systems. Has the increased durability on a puncture.
Method of application:
ECOPLAST PVC MEMBRANES keep within one layer and cook hot air by means of the automatic equipment. It is necessary to exclude contact with all materials containing bitumen, fat, tar, oils, solvents. Direct contact with polymeric materials from expanded polystyrene (EPS, XPS), a polyisocyanate (PIR), fenolsoderzhashchy foams (PF) which can affect very negatively properties of material and accelerate its aging is also forbidden.
Temperature restrictions on laying:
- basis temperature: min. -20 °C/max. 50 °C;
- air temperature: min. -15 °C/max. 50 °C.
Storage:
Rolls have to be stored in horizontal position on pallets in an original packing without direct influence of a sunlight, a rain and snow. Storage in two tiers with use of rigid dividing laying is allowed. At observance of storage conditions the expiration date of material is unlimited.
