MAIN PV-REMNEY COMPONENTS
a) BELT BASIS
The basis of a belt is made of a special rubber compound on the basis of polybutadiene which thanks to the excellent mechanical characteristics provides high efficiency of transfer at the minimum deleting of rubber.
b) The STRENGTH LAYER the Strength layer consists of high-strength poliestrovy cords with the low level of stretching that provides excellent stability of length throughout all service life of a belt.
c) The REVERSE SIDE the Reverse side of a belt protects the elements working for stretching and allows to use tension rollers.
MECHANICAL AND CHEMICAL CHARACTERISTICS
Poliklinovy PV belts are made of a butadiene compound. PV belts:
- prevention of pasting of a belt;
- do possible development of the drive which is most corresponding to the necessary power and the available space;
- distribute drive loading on all width of a belt;
- allow to achieve higher efficiency of the drive;
- excellently are suitable for use on pulleys of the small sizes at high speeds;
- ensure smooth functioning of the drive with the low level of vibration;
- provide the linear speed of a belt to 60 m / c;
- provide high coefficient of transfer;
- provide resistance to temperature from-30 to +80 º to C;
- productive power can be improved by increase in quantity of streams of a belt;
- antistatic properties according to ISO 1813.
