Plitkorez of 300 mm

Plitkoreza roller are intended for cutting of facing ceramic tile. The cut is carried out by means of the roller fixed on mobile bracket, the direction of the machine cut is set by guides. The persistent claw established on the same bracket is intended for tile break. Pads from soft porous rubber, close the basis of plitkorez from above and interfere with slipping of tile. The longitudinal concentrator of tension on which there is break serves also as stiffening fin, doing the basis steady and strong.
New series of plitkorez of roller strengthened considers modern requirements of the tool market. Hi-tech and expensive facing materials demands high-precision processing. Smoothness of the course and excellent accuracy of the machine cut are provided with the rolling bearings installed in the carriage of plitkorez of new series.
