Lamination of printing products
Process of lamination (lamination) consists in imposing (a pripressovka or rolling) of a special film on the sealed material. As a result of performance of this operation the finished printing products gain additional expressiveness and throughout a long time keep attractive and presentable appearance. However it not only improves and decorates editions, but also protects them external influences, mechanical damages and abrasion, protects from different types of pollution.
Only several decades ago only the largest polygraphic enterprises equipped with a set of the corresponding equipment could carry out lamination. Those years the so-called solvent way of a lamination based on use of rastvoritelesoderzhashchy glues was applied. Such method took a long time (full drying and fixing of glue required not less days) and was quite expensive.
