The Kiperny tape represents cotton textile material of the diagonal or twill weave of threads of the yarn 13, 15 and 20 mm wide. It is applied by production of electric installation work as the dragging-away layer of the main isolation of windings of high-voltage and low-voltage electrocars. In sewing production by the kiperny tape make the fringing of seams of outerwear.
Use of the tape kiperny for packaging of boxes, parcels and so forth is widespread. In polygraphy make ties for folders of the kiperny tape. The strong natural cotton tape is ideal for these purposes. Nodes of such ties are not weakened and do not slip.
The tape is used for the isolation winding as the pulling together material in electric motors, and other electrical machines and devices.
This material differs in high density at the expense of any interlacings and use of thick threads. The tape is thicker than the next analog — the mitkalevy tape. The minimum width of products makes 8-10 millimeters, maximum — about 50 mm.
