Kaprolon

Kaprolon - multifunction material of constructional and antifriction appointment. It is applied in different industries. Kaprolon has low coefficient of friction together with any metals, is well and quickly processed, it is 6-7 times easier than bronze and steel instead of which it is established. Products from kaprolon reduce wear of couples of friction twice, increasing endurance of products by 1,5 times, reduce labor input from production by 35%, cost for 50% in comparison with metal wares (staly and bronze). Kaprolon is very strong. At the same time kaprolon does not give in to influence of carbohydrates, oils, alcohols, ketones, ethers, alkalis and weak acids, being dissolved in cresols, phenols, the concentrated mineral acids, ant and acetic acids. It is possible to process kaprolon practically in any way: it rather easily gives in to processing by milling, turning, drilling and grinding.

In addition to the listed advantages, products from kaprolon allow devices and mechanisms in which they are used, to work silently and at the same time it is quite reliable. Wear of couples of friction when using kaprolonovy details decreases by 1,5-2 times, and their resource respectively raises.

To kaprolon it is difficult to make any ecological complaint. The enterprises which are engaged in its production and also production of finished products from kaprolon, as a rule, have the hygienic certificate on contact with foodstuff and drinking water.

Details from polyamide 6 perfectly absorb shock loadings, are long-lasting, have low coefficient of friction and can work without greasing in frictional units. Is also fine dielectric which does not concede, and on thermal and mechanical stability exceeds such insulators as polystyrene, polyvinylchloride and others. It is well processed by milling, turning, drilling and grinding.

Kaprolon (in comparison with metals) reduces the noise level, vibrations (to 15 DB), is not subject to corrosion, it is allowed to contact with foodstuff and drinking water, is pollution-free, steady against influence of hydrocarbons, oils, alcohols, ketones, ethers, alkalis and weak acids.

Application of kaprolon

Polyamide 6 block (kaprolon) is widely applied instead of non-ferrous metals (bronze, brass, babbit) and different antifriction materials (rubber, lignum vitae, testolit, lignofolya, chipboard, etc.), and also as electric insulation and constructional material in the different industries of national economy.

- The water sewer economy polyamide 6 block (kaprolon) is used for production of details of rolling mills.
- In metallurgical industry - goes for production of bearings, pumps, screws of ash handling and food, dust screws, spherical mills of Sh-10, 12, turbine inserts, etc. for combined heat and power plant, hydroelectric power station, state district power station, the NPP.
- Food industry. The range of use of polyamide 6 of block (kaprolon) in this industry of national economy is extraordinary wide. Do globe valves in systems of giving of it, bearings, rollers, gear wheels in systems of flood.
