Filters dehumidifiers

Filters dehumidifiers are used in the soaking-up and delivery lines for cleaning of refrigeration units and air conditioning systems with fluorinated coolants from products of combustion of windings of the electric motor of the compressor. The firm core of the filter for 70% consists of the activated aluminum and for 30% from " material a molecular sieve" and is intended for absorption of acid and moisture from a refrigerating contour. Thanks to it the filter protects the compressor from premature failure. Also the filter catches the smallest fragments of the garbage getting to a refrigerating krntur from the compressor or from the new replaced parts that prevents hits of garbage in valvate knots of temperature-controlled gates and in locking gates that can lead to violation of work of the transferred equipment.

Filters happen two types:
1. Tight, with the built-in filter core
2. Folding, with the replaced core, for higher filtration of the refrigerating agent in big refrigeration units of industrial and commercial value.

APPLICATION:

• Traditional refrigeration units

• Transport refrigerators

ADVANTAGES:

• Big diameter of the anti-acid filter provides the low speed of coolant and the minimum losses of pressure
• Formation of firm particles as grains in the core are connected is excluded and cannot move from each other.
