Description
Duplicative press AC series
Allows to receive product of the highest quality. Is issued with 5 types of shaft of the different sizes (110 - 122 - 140 - 160 and 183 cm). Also the press is equipped with five upper and six lower heating elements which are divided into three zones and are controlled by three thermostats.
The press is very easy to use since the operator can control all parameters of processing of product all the time: 1) Temperature, 2) Speed - is controlled by the electronic inverter, 3) Pressure on shaft and also to vary any of parameters of processing of product according to the arisen need, controlling their change on the control panel. The equipment of the AS series is set up in such a way that it can work and when pressure is equal to zero that allows to process very fine fabrics. At the request of the customer the press can be equipped with system of return (reverse) of the stuck together details to zone of loading and the device of automatic unloading with 1-2-3-4-mya lines depending on expected flow on number of adherend details.
