Conveyor UNICA CT100 dishwasher

Conveyor cars of the ST series are intended for continuous washing of ware in cartridges.
Each model is produced in two executions:
1. The movement of the conveyor on the right - on the left
2. The movement of the conveyor at the left - to the right
Depending on conditions of connection of water 2 options of execution of the dishwasher are offered:

• for connection to hot water (at water temperature on entrance to the car not less than 50C (no more than 70C))
• for connection to cold water (at water temperature on entrance to the car 10C)

Cars of CT 100 and CT 130 differ in the compact sizes, and have been specially developed for rooms where it is impossible to place standard conveyor cars.
The ware consistently passes 2 zones of sink in the CT100 and CT130 models: zone of the main sink at water temperature 55C and zone of rinsing at water temperature 85C. In addition cars can be completed with drying zone (option).
Washes 1800 plates or 3600 glasses with a maximum height of 400 mm in 1 hour

• System of stop of operation of the machine in case of lack of the cartridge in working zone.
• The microswitch blocks operation of the machine if the cartridge reaches the end of table for unloading of ware.
