Description
To derive pleasure from a sauna then when the soul and a body wish, it is good to have that at home. And it is possible to arrange it and in a country mansion, and in the city apartment.
To build a sauna - all the same that to build the house, and to approach design and construction it is necessary carefully, without vanity. What to choose planning what grades of a tree to take on shelves, walls and a ceiling what to use accessories, lighting? Its unique atmosphere will depend on it.
Traditionally it is considered that the modern sauna came to us from Finland. The Finnish sauna has several features which, actually, and do it that. First, it is effective ventilation which is provided at the expense of special air ducts between a floor and walls. The pure, constantly circulating air provides good improving effect, allows the person to be in a sauna at a temperature of 90-100 °C and at desire to be heated till 20 minutes. At the same time pressure in and outside of a sauna identical.
Secondly, there was an opinion that in a sauna it is accepted to get warm only dry steam. It is not absolutely right: if to regulate humidity, watering stones, and temperature, changing the heating mode for control panels, then it is possible to take a steam bath in it also wet vapor.

GENERAL RULES
The sauna can be built on the small square. The sauna can be made of different breeds of a tree, the different sizes and forms (square, rectangular, "angular", one - and double, "sedentary" and "lying"). Walls of a sauna represent the wooden framework upholstered with lining. For thermal insulation of walls and a ceiling the heater is used. In cabins of the Finnish and Swedish production it is mineral wool. The steam room should not be very low, a little more than two meters are desirable. The number of shelves depends on for what taking a steam bath the sauna is designed.
In a sauna it is recommended to use the heat-resistant tempered glass which would not burst at hit of water on it.

"SAUNA HEART"
"Sauna heart" is the furnace Kamenka which heats air. The more the sauna, the furnace is required to bigger power for its heating. The furnace Kamenka is chosen, proceeding from room volume (1 kW on 1 m3) and opportunities to arrange this or that type of the furnace. In city apartments it is possible to use electric furnaces Kamenka with power up to 4,5 kW. Besides, the voltage of 220 V is applicable only for single cabins with furnaces to 4 kW, the others require 380 V and three-phase current.
Walls and ceiling in a sauna have to possess high heat-insulating qualities, especially, if it is warmed with electric Kamenka. Such materials of walls of a sauna as glass, a brick, glass blocks, etc., demand powerful Kamenka and a lot of time for the heating.
The sauna in a country house can be equipped and a wood oven, however, it is necessary to heat it long enough. But wood Kamenka has pluses: in it temperature from heated stones keeps longer and the sweating room equipped with such furnace gains necessary humidity quicker.
Electric and some wooden Kamenka heat a sauna quickly enough - in 40 min. till 85-90 ° (provided that the sauna has the correct isolation and a supply and exhaust ventilation). It should be noted that by what more elements of an oven are made of stainless steel, that it more qualitative also is more durable. Furnaces, are intended for saunas, do not burn oxygen, their case is protected from heating, and also they are equipped with system of automatic shutdown. Stones have to be made of heavy material of dark color and the big size to accumulate in themselves as much as possible thermal energy. In furnaces-kamenkakh use only special stones: volcanic peridotite, Scandinavian diabase or Karelian gabbro diabase. Replacement is impossible here: from temperature drops the stone with granular structure, for example facets, can break up. Stones in Kamenka it is necessary to have at some distance from each other for good air circulation between them.
At the choice of furnaces if their power is identical, it is necessary to consider the volume (weight) of stones. The amount of steam which heated Kamenka is capable to give depends on it. If you like to strike often couple and do not want to wait when the stones which are cooling down at the same time heat up again - choose Kamenka with the largest volume of stones. Only consider, as time of heating of a sweating room by such Kamenka will be, respectively, more.

DESIGN
The steam room designed on the individual project, as a rule, has original decorative elements of walls and a ceiling (ceilings of an unusual form, an arch, round corners or walls, glass inserts within the walls of various configuration, an insert on walls and a ceiling, etc.). Regiments are carried out unconventionally, can be semicircular, round, have irregular shape with various inserts and original podspinnik. Often in such steam rooms the equipment of unusual design (trimmed with a natural stone, with the shining protection which is built in the furnace by lighting, etc.) is installed or having expanded functions (for example, the powerful steam generator which is built in or installed separately combined with the furnace on one computer control panel). The steam room can be equipped with system of automatic aromatization which according to the set program gives the necessary aroma, and also system automatic water gravy on the furnace. As a rule, such steam rooms have original lighting: for example light tubes for podspinnik on a wall, the fiber-optical systems of lighting which are specially developed for operation at high temperatures and humidity. Svetovolokna can be established in a sauna in any place according to requirement: on a ceiling, including directly over the heater, behind backs, etc. Also the device with one lens in the form of the facetted crystal which is usually placed over the furnace for steam illumination that looks very effectively is included in the package. Lamps can have the form of a torch, the cylinder or are specially developed for your steam room.

COST
The cost of a sauna depends, first, on the consumption of materials (the sauna size, furnace type, type of materials), secondly, from quantity and quality of accessories.
