COMPOSITE MATERIALS

The TOYO panels with a surface from an alloy of special aluminum thickness 0.21mm, 0.3mm, 0.4mm and a filler from polyethylene material of high density.

The JSC Reklamservice company of the realizuyetsendvich-panel - TOYO known under the commercial brands Bond, Alucobond, Alubond, Dibond - intended for finishing of facades. These panels belong to the category a sandwich, and are executed from two sheets of aluminum pasted to a polyethylene underlayer. Sheets of the bond brand are used in facing of buildings, providing achievement of magnificent appearance of the building. The outer side of the panel has a special covering resistant to wear and giving panels special appearance.

Panels from a number of bond (alucobond, dibond, alubond) are realized in standard sizes of 1220 x 5850 mm, at a usual thickness of 3 or 4 mm. Standard color of panels silvery, however, is available also the bond panels in other color interpretations. These panels possess high resistance to wear and influence of atmospheric factors. Besides, material easily fastens to a facade of the building and is extraordinary light that allows to transport it and to mount without efforts. At the equal durability, the TOYO panel weigh 1,7 times less aluminum sheet and became 3,4 times less.
