Polyvinylchloride represents white powder to which in the course of production special modifiers, stabilizers, modifiers, dyes and other additives are added. All these elements influence quality of end products. Such characteristics of window profiles as resistance to atmospheric actions and ultra-violet radiation, environmental friendliness, firmness of color, durability, isolation and quality of a surface depend on them. Today many producers of metalplastic windows use as the stabilizer of compound of lead which prevent PVC profile decomposition. One connection - lead phosphide - connects toxic chlorohydrogen, without allowing it to be allocated from PVH, the second substance absorbs ultra-violet radiation, and the third acts as antioxidant. As the result, stabilizers interfere with decomposition of polyvinylchloride at high temperatures and when processing, and also increase the term of operation of products.
