The best grains of a coffee Arabica and Robusta grow in a shadow of forest vegetation in the mixed cultivation in the mountain district of Kodagu, Southern India. The chosen small farms which support their agriculture with EM of effective microorganisms ® have strong belief about work according to the principles of organic agriculture. Coffee grains purchased locally, directly farmers on a plantation, and are exported directly to Germany. Roasting is made in small parties, providing thereby it becomes experts skillfully, carefully, accurately, and in one grade. When mixing 65% of Robusta and 35% of Arabica coffee, coffee develops a strong and fragrant taste which is very easily acquired.
The main distinction between the Casolo Klassik and Espresso coffee that duration of frying of grain is one many longer by production Espresso. At first sight, its grains are more dark on color. As Casolo grains the Classic are fried less than Espresso, taste also more bitter. Many people who do not like bitter coffee could try Espresso instead because Espresso cannot affect a stomach so strongly.
