Bundling machine of TP-6000 - the automatic strapping-car. It is intended for the automated packaging of loads by the polypropylene tape.
Principle of work:
In the initial state the tape is in the packaging arch (frame) of the car. The packed subject is established on the table. Process of the binding begins or the operator (by means of the button on the control panel or the foot pedal), or by means of the sensor of availability of the subject on the table ("the photo eye"). The binding by means of the sensor is especially effective when packaging the large number of small-size goods.
After operation of the sensor or pressing of the key by the operator, the car carries out the binding, the svarivaniye and trimmings of the tape in the automatic cycle.
The TR-6000 car has mechanical external control behind the tape tension. The tension is easily regulated by means of the circular handle.
